Evaluation of the Project

We want to hear from young people and health and community workers in regional and remote Australia

We are conducting a follow-up evaluation to assess whether young people, and health and community workers have seen the Young Deadly Free resources and what they think about these resources.

Evaluation surveys

There are two online surveys, one for young Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people aged 16–29 years and one for health and community workers. Please click on one of the links below to give us your feedback. The surveys should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Each young person who completes the survey has the chance to enter a prize draw to win 1 of 4 $25 vouchers.

Note: If you are a health and community worker and a young person under 29 years, please click on the survey for health and community workers.

Evaluation yarns

The evaluation team would also like to yarn with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander young people aged 16–29 years and health and community workers who live in regional and remote Australia, about the Young Deadly Free resources . These yarns will be short, 10-minute telephone chats where we can learn a bit more about what you think of the resources.

Every young person who offers feedback over the phone will receive a $25 voucher.

If you would like to have a quick yarn about the Young Deadly Free resources, click this button and send your name and phone number and a member of the evaluation team will call you.
